1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2] Challenging the transfer order dated 31.5.2017 issued by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this petition.

3] We find that before approaching this Court, the petitioner has not submitted any representation against the impugned order. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined under protest in pursuance to the transfer order.

WP 7941/17 - 2 - 4] In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before the competent authority of the respondents within a period of two weeks.

5] On receipt of such a representation, the competent authority shall examine the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6] With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
