Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.9 and 10-State. None appears for rest of the respondents even after service of notice to them.

In view of the subject-matter, I do not find any impediment to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned reference Court. Hence, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned reference

No. 550 of 2000 is hereby stayed subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire decretal amount alongwith interest as awarded by the learned reference Court in the Land Acquisition proceedings in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today, failure to which, the stay granted stands vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and the original claimants/respondents can avail recourse of Law to execute the decree.
