We have heard Mr.Hon, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. placed on record the communication received by him from the Social Welfare Department, the same is marked "X" for identification.

As per the said communication the part of the amount towards scholarship is paid to the petitioner - institution and part of the amount is remained to be paid.

It has also been stated in the communication that for further remaining amount, the funds are received and the bills would be

In view of the above, the respondents may endeavour to pay the remaining amount towards scholarship as per the said letter preferably within three months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
