The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he is not aware as to whether, any order has been passed by the concerned Authority on his application before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Nashik, dated 04.01.2017. 2.

The learned AGP places on record the communication dated 17.07.2018, addressed to Smt.Chitrakala Ashok Mali, who is the first Applicant before the Deputy Director of Land Records and the present Petitioner is Applicant No.6. By the said communication, they have been informed that
