Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondents.

We do not propose to record the submissions of the learned Counsel for the parties at length and also to enter into the merits of the matter, since the Original Application of the present petitioner is pending before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for final adjudication.

The learned AGP for the respondents, relying on the letter received from the concerned Officer, submits that the petitioner has already been relieved on 18.06.2016.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner to order status-quo or direction to the respondents not to post any other employee at the place of the petitioner, where he was working earlier. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable that the Original Application filed by the petitioner should be

We hope and expect that the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, as indicated in the impugned order, will decide the Original Application on the next date of hearing.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
