The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the matter is kept on 12-08-2021 before the authority.

The petitioner shall file say with the authority on or before 12-08-2021 and put forth his stand. Till the decision is taken by the authority pursuant to the show cause notice, further steps may not be taken against the petitioner.

Needless to state, the respondents may proceed further in consonance with the decision that would be taken by it pursuant to the show cause notice.
