The proposal forwarded by the respondent No.3 - Assistant Director/Joint Director to the respondent No.2 - the Director of Education inter alia for age relaxation in accordance with the Statute 416 of the respondent - University is pending with the respondent No.2 since 10.05.2023 (Exhibit-I).

We dispose of the petition directing respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the proposal (Exhibit-I), as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks, if it has not been already taken and communicate the decision to the University. 3.

Needless to state that if appropriate order is passed in favour of the petitioner, the respondent - University shall immediately process the pension papers and forward it to the respondent No.7 - the Accountant General Nagpur.
