This Court vide Order dated 28.6.2016 had directed the learned counsel for respondent No.2 to take instructions from the respondent No.2, as to whether respondent No.2 is willing to allot one GALA to the petitioner or else, this Court will have to consider the case on its own merits. 2] Today, on instructions, Mr. Mote, learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that respondent No.2 would allot one vacant GALA to the petitioner. The petitioner should comply with the requirements of documents and payment of the remaining amount. 3] Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already deposited an amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs and is ready to deposit the remaining amount.

{2} 24 sr. no..odt 4] In view of the above, we pass the following order :- [a] Respondent No.2 shall allot one vacant GALA to the petitioner as agreed by respondent No.2 within a period of 3 months from today;

[b] The petitioner shall comply with the requirements as per the advertisement and rules and shall deposit the remaining amount within a period of 3 moths from today;

[c] With these directions and observations,writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
