The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of Tribe Certificate is pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad. The same be directed to be decided. 2.

The father has been issued with the validity certificate. It is for the Sub Divisional Officer to consider all the documents and evidence on record. The Sub Divisional Officer shall decide the application of the petitioner for issuance of Tribe Certificate on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within six weeks.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
