Although civil application has been sought to be opposed by respondent on the ground that there is an error in spelling the name of applicant 'Shobhana' which is erroneously spelt as 'Shobhan' in proceedings before this court, learned counsel for applicant brings it to the notice of this court that it was merely a typographical error.

In view of the same, there is no substance in the objection opposing correction in spelling of name of applicant properly.

As such, civil application is granted in terms of prayer clause (H) and disposed of.
