We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioners.

The Petitioners seek to challenge an award which is delivered in 2010. Disputed issues as like, the Petitioners never saw any public notice under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 etc., are being taken up. Further disputed issue is as to the compensation having been paid to a person whose name is seen on the record as the title holder, when the Petitioners claim that they are the title holders. Such disputes cannot be considered in our writ jurisdiction.
