This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.134 on record.

On oral request made by learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants, delay caused in filing the present Civil Application stands condoned.

The application is objected by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on the ground of genuineness of the documents, i.e. death certificate and heirship certificate.

In my opinion, the said objection can be looked into at appropriate stage. However, the application for bringing on record legal representatives is allowed at the risk of the applicants.

Appropriate amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Issue notice to legal representatives of respondent no.134, returnable within six weeks.

7.

Applicants to complete service, in addition to court process, by Registered Post A.D.
