This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.182 on record.

On oral request made by learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants, delay caused in filing the present Civil Application stands condoned.

The application is objected by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on the ground of genuineness of the documents, i.e. death certificate and heirship certificate.

In my opinion, the said objection can be looked into at appropriate stage. However, the application for bringing on record legal representatives is allowed at the risk of the applicants. 5.
Appropriate amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Learned Counsel Mr Shinde appears for proposed legal representatives. He should file his appearance for the legal representatives within a period of four weeks from today. If the appearance is not filed, the order granting application for bringing the legal representatives shall stand re-called, without further reference to the Court. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
