According to the petitioner, the review petition Exh. "E" filed before the Schedule Tribe Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad is pending since June, 2016. A prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing the said Committee to decide the review petition which was filed in pursuance of the liberty granted to the petitioner by the Supreme Court, as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee, respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's review petition as expeditiously as possible but in any case not latter than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this

hvn order.
