1. We have heard Mr. C.K. Shinde, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. 2.

Affidavit in-reply is filed by Naib-Tahsildar of the office of SubDivisional Officer, Patoda stating that land of the petitioners is being acquired under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013( for short "Act of 2013"). Said proceedings are already initiated, award would be passed and benefit pursuant to the same will be given to the petitioners. 3.

The Act of 2013 itself stipulate the period within which proceedings are to be completed once they are commenced.
