In fact, no cause has arisen for petitioners to file present writ petition. Under order dated June 08, 2016 in Writ Petition No. 4551 of 2016, this Court had directed the Education Officer to decide the pending proposal within a period of eight weeks. In case the said proposal is not decided, the petitioners have other remedy available. 2.

The petitioners are at liberty to avail the other remedy. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
