Mr. Hon, the learned senior counsel submits that the petitioner had applied for the additional course in Mechatronics after closure of another course i.e. Electronics and Telecommunication. No decision has been taken by the AICTE on the proposal of the petitioner for grant of additional course with intake capacity of 60 students.

We have heard Mr. Deshpande, the learned A.S.G. also.

We have heard Mr. Adwant, the learned counsel for the AICTE.

The petitioner shall appear before the AICTE on 22.07.2019 at 11:00 AM. The AICTE shall take decision upon the proposal of the petitioner for start of Mechatronics course with intake capacity of 60 students after closure of its another course namely Electronics and Telecommunication by 23.07.2019.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
