1) The present matter was settled between the parties in Lok Adalat held on 1st December 2012. As per the settlement arrived at between the parties the State through acquiring body has deposited the amount of compensation in this court withdrawal of which is sought by the applicant by the present application. In view of the fact that the matter is finally settled in the Lokadalat, I see no hurdle in allowing the applicant to withdraw the amount as has been deposited by the State in satisfaction of the award passed in Loka Aalat. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this court.

ii) Civil Application stands disposed of.
