We were not inclined to consider this petition under our writ jurisdiction. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that a representation dated 02.05.2023 addressed to the District Wakf Officer, Parbhani has been tendered and the same may be considered. 2.

Since the learned Advocate Mr.Deshmukh is on the panel of the Wakf Board, we requested him to assist the Court. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let khs/July 2023/7343

- 2 - Respondent No.3 transmit the pending application dated 02.05.2023 to Respondent No.2, within 2 (two) weeks. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 would consider the application strictly in accordance with Law and the policies applicable and take a decision within 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. We make it clear that we have not expressed any view about the said representation and the pendency of the said representation would not be an impediment for proceeding with any other proceedings, if pending.
