By this petition, the petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent to issue a corrected tribe certificate as he is belonging to Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe.

The learned AGP submits that there is a spelling mistake. Hence, a corrected tribe certificate will have to be issued provided the petitioner surrenders the original tribe certificate which contains the mistake. The corrected certificate can be issued within four weeks from the date of surrendering the erroneous original certificate. 3.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would tender the original certificate to respondent No.2, on or before

WP 7725-2022 01/08/2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We expect respondent No.2 to issue the corrected Tribe Certificate within four weeks from the date of surrendering of the original certificate by the petitioner.
