It is an admitted position that these very petitioners, for the same cause, have filed earlier Writ Petition No. 3553 of 2025, which was dismissed by an order dated 13.03.2025 with the following observations:

". Considering the relief being claimed, we are not inclined to entertain the petition, inasmuch as the petitioners are seeking to restrain compulsory acquisition of their lands and are suggesting few other lands to be acquired, without there being any parameters for this Court to undertake any objective scrutiny in respect of suitability or otherwise of the lands to be acquired for a particular purpose.

2. The petition is dismissed"

In the light of the said admitted position on facts and particularly when no liberty was reserved for the petitioners to file fresh petition for the same cause, we decline to entertain the present petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that liberty may be granted to file a review application in the context of the order dated 13.03.2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 3553 of 2025. Hence, permission is granted to withdraw this writ petition. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
