Learned Advocate for the Petitioner has also placed on record order dated 17th December, 2021 passed below Exhibit-1, whereby the suit itself is dismissed for default. 3.

In view of the instructions received by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
