The applicants - original claimants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation i.e. Rs. 34,64,839/-. The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 - Insurance Company strongly opposed such withdrawal on the ground that learned Tribunal had already granted excessive amount of compensation.

In view of the above, I pass the following order :-

O R D E R

Out of the aforesaid compensation amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- is permitted to withdraw by applicant No.1 - Chanda Subhashrao Kulkarni i.e. mother of deceased and the amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- is permitted to withdraw by applicant No.2 Kanchan w/o Laxmikant Deshpande i.e. sister of the deceased. The remaining amount be kept in F.D.R. in any Nationalized bank till disposal of the appeal. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
