Dated: July 27, 2015 PER COURT It is informed that the village Panchayat is now duly constituted, since the remaining three vacancies of the members have been filled in by way of elections. It is noticed that in view of operation of interim relief granted by this Court on 24.7.2014, the elections to the posts of Sarpancha and Upasarpancha of the village have not been conducted.

In view of occurrence of the development during pendency of the petition in the Court, a direction need to be issued to the Collector to conduct elections for Sarpancha and Upasarpancha of village Ralga Tq. Ahmedpur, Dist. Latur, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. Interim relief granted by t his Court on 24.7.2014 shall stand vacated.

For the reasons recorded above, writ petition stands disposed of.
