1] We have heard Mr. Katneshwarkar at length, and Mr. Gunale for the respondent.

2] We are not inclined to consider the submission of the petitioner on merits in view of the affidavit in reply filed by the respondent stating that the claim of the petitioner would be decided after hearing the petitioner.

3] In the light of that, we pass the following order :- [a] Respondent Corporation shall decide the claim of the petitioner as suggested by it in the affidavit in reply, expeditiously, and preferably within 3 months, in accordance with law.

[b] It is made clear that respective contentions raised in the present petition are kept open. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
