In view of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail available remedy before the Joint Director. 3.

For a period of 15 days from today, respondents shall not take adverse action against the petitioner on the basis of cancellation of the sports certificate so as to enable the petitioner to avail the appellate remedy.
