It is brought to our notice that despite extension of time granted by order dated 09.09.2025, for the petitioner to abide by the directions issued in the earlier order dated 17.07.2025, whereby this Court permitted the petition to be converted into criminal writ petition, due to death in the family of the learned advocate on record, necessary steps could not be taken within the extended time period.

In view of the above, time period to comply with the order dated 17.07.2025, is extended by one week.
