Perused the application. Perused the record of Writ Petition No.5082 of 2002. Union of India filed the Writ Petition No. 5082 of 2002. This Court dismissed the same. Prior to filing of the writ petition, the Union of India had recovered fine amount from the applicant. This Court had directed the Union of India to deposit this fine amount in this Court. Accordingly, an amount of Rs.24,118/- was deposited in

2 CA 7381/2015 this court. The petitioner is entitled to receive the fine amount because he has succeeded in this litigation. The amount of Rs.24,118/- alongwith accrued interest, if any, be paid to the applicant. 3.

The application stands allowed in above terms.
