In this petition on 12-09-2022 this court had passed an order granting adjournment at the request of petitioner to bring on record the legal representatives of petitioner No.3 on record. On 12-10-2022 again request was made for filing appropriate application to bring on record the legal heirs of petitioner No.3 on record. On 23-11-2022 the petitioners were directed to deposit 50% of the amount as directed by the Cooperative Court. Failing to deposit the amount the petition would be dismissed without further reference to the court and the matter was adjourned to 21-12-2022. On 21-12-2022 this

(2) 4wp9109.18 court specifically observed that no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs. It was again directed that the petition would be dismissed without reference to the court if no steps are taken. The petitioner Nos.2 & 3 failed to deposit the amount and the petition as against them was dismissed. Time was again granted to bring on record the legal representatives. 2.

However, till today, no steps are taken to bring on record the legal representatives of petitioner No.3. It is clear that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petitions stand disposed off for want of prosecution.
