A practical difficulty is faced by the applicants due to the old age and disability of the applicant No. 1.1/Sanjivani Raosaheb Shinde. She is unable to travel and come to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for complying order dated 12.01.2024. This Court permitted the applicants to receive the amount of compensation on condition of furnishing undertaking for which applicants are not required to approach High Court. 2.

It is submitted that if applicant No. 1.1 is permitted to

2 937 ca 7028.25 approach the Civil Judge Senior Division, Paranda for identification and her verification, then that would be convenient considering her age and ailment.

The request and submission is innocuous. The condition imposed by order dated 12.01.2024 shall be complied with to the extent of applicant No. 1.1 by permitting her to appear before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Paranda for verification and identification and thereafter her undertaking shall be furnished to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. If such course is undertaken the Registrar (Judicial) shall not raise any objection. The civil application is disposed of.
