We have heard Mr. Venjane, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for respondents.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the principles of natural justice are followed. The show cause notice was issued to the petitioner before passing the order. The learned A.G.P. further submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy available.

In view of the availability of alternate remedy, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. In that event, all contentions are kept open. No costs.
