The petitioners seek directions against the respondents to decide the validity proceedings.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner No.1 has appeared for NEET Exam and is exploring possibility of admission to professional course.

Mrs Deshpande, the learned Addl. Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents and submits that the petitioners have

approached the court at the eleventh hour.

The petitioners have approached the court very late. The petitioners ought to have approached the court earlier. 5.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are students and exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee may, if it is possible for it, decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners, expeditiously, preferrably by 5th November, 2020.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 20th October, 2020.
