The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is a Senior Citizen and that one of his son and daughter is still unmarried, and that the applicant wants to perform their marriage as early as possible and for that purpose, he wants to raise funds from the suit property. Due to old age, applicant is bedridden and due to long distance, applicant could not cultivate and look after agricultural land i.e. suit property. Therefore, the learned Advocate for the applicants that the matter be listed for final hearing. 3.

List the second appeals on the final hearing board for the week commencing from 21/08/2023.
