Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. 2.

The petitioner who was studying in 12th standard in the academic year 2022-2023 is anxious that his tribe certificate is still not being validated by the respondent No. 2-scrutiny committee though the proposal was forwarded by the concerned college on 17.10.2022. 3.

It is pointed out that real sister of the petitioner has been issued with a validity certificate.

Considering the exigency coupled with the fact that the petitioner' s real sister is a validity holder, we dispose of the writ petition by requesting the respondent No. 2-scrutiny committee to finally dispose of the petitioner' s proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks from today.
