The petitioner who is aspiring to undertake further education to NEET- PG is awaiting validation of his tribe claim as 'Tadvi'. The matter is pending before the respondent-scrutiny committee since 2015. 3.

Considering the fact that already process of NEET-PG admission is under way, it is imperative that the petitioner gets a decision at the earliest. 4.

We dispose of the writ petition by requesting the respondent No. 2scrutiny committee to take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks from today.
