The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner had approached the Divisional Commissioner challenging her transfer on 25.06.2019. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A. G. P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case the application of the petitioner (Exhibit E page 17) is pending with the Divisional Commissioner, then the Divisional Commissioner shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy, expeditiously and preferably within

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
