Civil Application No. 9230/2023 is filed to permit the applicant to serve the fresh notice on respondent No. 3 by way of paper publication to be published in Daily Punyanagari, newspaper. 2.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the last known address of respondent No. 3 was Parbhani and the fresh address which was later on submitted is at Basmathnagar, Dist. Hingoli. The learned counsel submits that the Daily Punyanagari newspaper is widely circulated newspaper in entire Marathwada and more particularly in Parbhani and Hingoli districts including Basmathnagar. Therefore, the learned counsel prays that the notice of respondent No. 3 may be permitted to be published in Daily Punyanagari newspaper.

The applicant is permitted to serve the responden No. 3 by way of paper publication to be published in Daily Punyanagari within three weeks from today and the affidavit of service to be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter. Civil Application is disposed of. 4.

List the matter on 8.9.2023.
