I have heard learned counsel for the applicant for some time.

Learned A.P.P. has pointed out that the applicant himself in para-6 of the application mentioned that the charge against the applicant came to be framed and some of the witnesses were also examined.

Learned Counsel thus, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, however, submits that the applicant is in jail in connection with the present crime for more than three years and even though the trial is commenced, progress of the trial is very slow. Learned

Application is disposed of as withdrawn. It appears that due to pandemic situation on earlier occasion the courts below were not permitted with the physical hearing. However, at present the courts below are permitted to take physical hearing. In view of the same, trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the case expeditiously within reasonable time by day-to-day hearing.
