Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The application Exhibit-35, for return of seized amount during the investigation, has been rejected by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shrigonda in R.C.C. No.281 of 2021. The revision against that order has been dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge, Shrigonda in Criminal Revision Application No.15 of 2021.

The petitioner is not diligent. The reason behind filing the

cwp-1170.24 present writ petition appears that he wish to expedite the trial. However, he did not apply to the trial Court to expedite the trial. With an ill-intention, he has filed this writ petition. The impugned orders are free from infirmities. The petition is devoid of merit. 4.
