Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants. She submits that the earlier she had filed writ petition in which notices were issued to the respondents and notice of respondent No.5 returned back with a remark that he has expired. Immediately application is filed to bring on record legal heirs from the date of the knowledge. 2.

In view of the same, delay of 1197 is condoned. Legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5 be brought on record within a period of two weeks. Necessary amendment be carried out in the writ petition. 3.
