This application is filed seeking transfer of the amount, to the extent of present applicants/original claimants, to the Court of learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amalner, Dist Jalgaon, and for withdrawal of the said amount by the applicants/original claimants. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The amount lying in this Court shall be transmitted to the Court of learned MACT, Amalner, Dist. Jalgaon, for passing appropriate orders in
