PER COURT :- Heard Shri R.D.Biradar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants, Shri S.S.Dargad, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 and Shri R.K.Ashtekar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3. For the reasons stated in the application, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) Application is allowed.

II) The Executing Court shall permit the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 13.01.2011 along with interest accrued, if any, thereon, on submitting undertaking to the satisfaction of the Executing Court.

III) Civil application stands disposed of.
