The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has tendered affidavit of the concerned Investigating Officer, in pursuant to the order dated 10.08.2016. The same is taken on record.

The learned Counsel appearing for applicants submits that applicant no.2 Subhash Tambat is arrested by Police in this crime. As such the Application qua applicant no.2 Subhash Tambat is disposed of as infructuous.

The learned Counsel appearing for applicants further submits, on instructions, that he wants to withdraw the application so far as applicant no.1 Sanjay Warke is concerned. Hence, the Application qua applicant no.1 Sanjay Warke is disposed of as withdrawn.
