This petition can be disposed of by directing the District Supply Officer, Dhule, to enquiry into the grievances raised by petitioner in complaint dated 28.05.2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. It is clarified that we have not expressed any opinion as regards merits of the contentions raised by petitioner. It would be open for the District Supply Officer to take appropriate steps in accordance with law and in observance of the principles of natural justice.
