Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 08/04/2022 whereby his CA for condonation of delay was dismissed for nonsupply of copies. There is also a huge delay for fling this application. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the offce objections in respect of supply of copies within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 08/04/2022 stands recalled and the delay application alongwith appeal be restored for removal of offce objections within a period of four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the Library, Government Pleaders, High Court Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
