The order of this dated 22.04.2024, passed in Writ Petition No. 3866 of 2022, is said to be disobeyed by the sole Respondent. Considering that the husband of the Petitioner had undergone a kidney transplant, which has failed and was undergoing dialysis for last 15 months, we had directed to consider the Petitioner's application within 30 days.

We are informed that the Chief Executive Officer has passed the order within thirty days time. The grievance of the Petitioner is that her application is not favourably considered. This was never an order passed by us. As such, there is no disobedience of our order. 3.
