The present Civil Application is taken out by one Shri Sandip Kshirsagar, who seeks his intervention in the proceedings, by stating that on the basis of the complaint made by him, the Collector, Beed, has initiated the proceedings under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act. Therefore, he has interest in the subject matter of the writ petition.

On perusal of the Civil Application, it appears that the applicant had approached the Collector, who had passed the order on 19.11.2020 and it is the applicant, who had then approached the Honourable Minister, Urban Development Department. 3.

Shri Thigale, the learned counsel appearing for the original petitioner, states that the applicant is the person, who has filed the proceedings directly before the Honourable Minister, Social Justice Department and his submission is that, his appeal could not have been entertained.

Looking to the interest of the applicant in the outcome of the Writ Petition, this Civil Application is allowed. The original petitioner is directed to implead the applicant/ intervenor as a respondent in the Writ Petition. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

List the Writ Petition for further hearing on 15.02.2022 in the supplementary board.
