At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 3 has been wrongly stated as Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Latur; while it should be Nanded. Leave to amend is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no. 4 to move a proposal before respondent nos. 2 and 3 for benefits under the assured career progress scheme. 3.
