Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, after filing of writ petition subsequent developments have taken place and as per his instructions some decision has been taken by the Government. As such on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs.
