The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is governed by the old pension scheme. The petitioner is appointed prior to 01.11.2005 and the post on which the petitioner was appointed was brought on partial non grant in aid on 01.11.2005.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 7 and submits that, the issue is already decided by the Full Bench of this Court.

The issue involved in the present matter is no longer res-

2 wp 7815.19 integra in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court dated 30th April, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 8387 of 2013 with other connected writ petitions.

In the light of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. However, the petitioner shall be entitled for the benefit of D.C.P.S. scheme as may be applicable. 5.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
